  • Who is SheerID?

  • SheerID is a company that specializes in verifying your status. On behalf of the brand making the offer, we will collect some basic personal information to confirm your eligibility for this offer. We may also ask you to upload some documentation that proves your eligibility.

    We take information security very seriously. We will never sell your information and everything provided to SheerID is protected by rigorous protocols.

  • Am I eligible?

  • You need to be currently working in the healthcare field or have an active medical license or certification.

    Sometimes the brands we work with will decide to limit the offer to only some types of people in the healthcare community. If on the form you don't see an option that is a close fit, then that means you unfortunately are not eligible for this offer.

    Due to the way our data sources are structured, we ask that only medical professionals with an M.D. or D.O license apply under a status of ‘Doctor’. Other medical doctors (e.g. dentists, chiropractors) should apply under a status of ‘Other Health Worker’.

  • What information should I enter?

  • If you're currently working in a medical facility or healthcare capacity:

    1. First and last name, as shown on employment documents
    2. Work site or place of employment
    3. Date of birth
    4. Postal / zip code of where you currently live
    5. Email address
    Otherwise, if you are actively licensed:
    1. First and last name, as shown on licensing documentation
    2. Name of your licensing body
    3. Date of birth
    4. Postal / zip code of where you currently live
    5. Email address


    (if asked) Personal mobile phone number, that can receive SMS text messages

    We need to email you important information about your verification, so please use your main email address.

  • I'm verified but still having problems - how do I get help with my purchase?

  • SheerID only handles the verification process. To troubleshoot a problem with completing your purchase, please contact the brand's customer support directly.

  • What documentation is needed?

  • If asked to upload proof of eligibility, you'll need to provide an official document that shows your

    1. First and last name
    2. Current medical affiliation


    If you're currently working in a medical facility or healthcare capacity, take a picture and submit one of the follwoing:
    • Work ID card
    • Pay stub from within last 90 days


    Otherwise, take a picture of your valid credential.

  • How does SheerID protect my information?

  • We take information security very seriously. We will never sell your information and everything provided to SheerID is protected by rigorous protocols.

    Any documents submitted to us will be permanently deleted. Feel free to black out / cover up any sensitive information that is unrelated to proving your eligibility.

  • What do I do if I get an error?

  • That sounds frustrating! Sometimes we are unable to verify you using the information submitted. Please check your information for accuracy, and only use your own mobile device or computer.

  • How do I get verified?

  • SheerID works directly with brands, to power the brands' offers. We do not offer verification on the www.sheerid.com website.

    To get verified, you need to find the offer you're interested in and move through the process from there.
