  • Who is eligible for this offer?

  • This offer is available to military personnel who have served or are currently serving in the United States Armed Forces.

  • How do I get verified?

  • If not instantly verified, SheerID will compare the information provided in the uploaded document(s) against the information entered in the verification form. To ensure a speedy and successful verification, please pay attention to how you enter your information on the form so that it will match what is seen on the document(s). For example, enter your first and last name on the form as it appears on your military document(s).

    If your last name has changed since your military document was issued, please upload a government-issued document along with your military document that shows your current last name.

  • Why do I have to go through a verification process?

  • You are submitting a request to a program reserved specifically for the men and women in our United States Military. For quality control purposes, and to ensure only those people who fall under the required conditions are able to obtain this special offer, we have a very short qualification process we ask you to participate in. All information collected is strictly controlled and is never shared outside the context of this particular verification request.

  • You'll need to upload school-issued documentation that shows your:

    • Branch of service
    • Current military status

    A hint about choosing your military status: Please select the status that is most accurately represented by your documentation.

  • I just uploaded a document. When will I hear back with results of my request?

  • Documents are reviewed in the order received. You will be contacted via email within the next 20 minutes with additional details regarding your verification request. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see an email in your inbox. The email will let you know if you’ve been successfully verified or if additional information is needed to complete your verification.

  • My military status (or branch) is not an option. What do I select?

  • If your military status (or branch) is not listed as an option to select on the verification form, then you are not eligible for the offer.

  • My sponsor is deceased, am I eligible?

  • If 1) you are a currently registered dependent, and 2) you have the option Military Family available for selection under Status, then you are eligible for the offer.

  • What happens if I can't prove I am or was a member of the U.S. Military?

  • This rarely happens. All Government organizations are going to give you some kind of official document that we'll accept, but on the occasion you cannot provide us any acceptable proof of validation, we will not be able to allow you to continue to the offer. But let this be said again, if you were or are a member of the U.S. Armed Forces, you have a document we can verify.

  • I have questions regarding billing or my account. Can you help me?

  • SheerID does not have visibility into your Pandora account or billing. For these requests, please contact the Pandora team at https://help.pandora.com.

  • My document upload link is no longer working. What happened?

  • The link sent to you for document upload is inactivated after seven (7) days, for your security. Please go back to the verification page and sign up again.

  • Who is SheerID?

  • SheerID is a third-party verification service that works on behalf of companies to verify an individual's affiliation.

  • How do I know you won't sell or share my ID and information?

  • This is something we take very seriously. We only use someone's information to confirm their eligibility. We do not rent their information. We do not sell their information. We do not store documents or images uploaded to our system. Click here to read our full privacy policy.
