This offer is available to certain types of medical professionals and healthcare workers. The offer may be restricted to specific branches of the medical profession; eligible branches are shown in the Status selector on the main verification form. For licensed professionals, the licensing can be from any geography and must not be expired. You do not need to be currently employed in a medical capacity. Due to the way our data sources are structured, we ask that only medical professionals with an M.D. or D.O license apply under a status of ‘Doctor’. Other medical doctors (e.g. dentists, chiropractors) should apply under a status of ‘Other Health Worker’.
SheerID will collect some basic personal information to confirm your current status with an eligible branch of the medical profession. We may also ask you to upload some documentation that substantiates your status and eligibility.
To ensure a speedy and successful verification, please pay attention to how you enter your information on the form so that it will match what is seen on the document(s). For example, enter your first and last name on the form as it appears on your official document(s).

Documents are reviewed in the order received. You will be contacted via email with additional details regarding your verification request. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see an email in your inbox. The email will let you know if you've been successfully verified or if additional information is needed to complete your verification.
This rarely happens. All jurisdictions are going to give you some kind of official document that we'll accept, but in the event you cannot provide us any acceptable proof of validation, we will be unable to approve you for the offer. But to repeat, if you're currently employed as a medical professional, you should have access to a document we can verify.
